Your controller or JoyCon are a serious part of your gaming console. It is the part you use to interface with the game and there are many things that can go wrong over time. Batteries, detection, drift and button issues can occur out of the blue and have a make or break result over how you perform. The good news is that the fix does not have to be that hard.

The owner of this PS4 controller told us that when he was playing a game he would inadvertently perform actions, like shoot one of the good guys in the face.
In this case we partially dismantled the controller and using a compressed air duster blew air through it. We additionally cleaned the contacts with a foam q-tip and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol). Over time environmental contaminants, like dust, can effect contact inside your controller.
This was all that was needed. Our gamer tested the controller and told us it was as good as new.
