How to export your Mac System Information for analysis.

iLogix Computer Solutions may occasionally ask you to provide information regarding your Mac hardware and software configuration.
This information does not include anything confidential or sensitive, however, it will give us a pre repair insight into your computer and above all help us understand why your Mac may be behaving in a non optimal way.
To obtain this information we use the System Information utility in macOS. To launch System Information Option click the Apple menu and select System Information. By default when you click the Apple Menu (top left of your screen) you see "About this Mac", if you hold down the Option key "About this Mac" changes to "System Information".

Once System Information opens click the File menu and select Save.
Save this file somewhere you can retrieve it. The file is saved with a .spx extension.
You can then send it to iLogix Computer Solutions for Analysis.
