The controller had clearly been through a lot, as is often the case. Gamers invest themselves in their characters, wielding controllers like tools of pride and survival, and this commitment inevitably leads to extensive use and damage. In this instance, the device suffered from a faulty wireless pairing button and stick drift.

In exceptional circumstances, an electronics specialist may be required to disassemble the controller and carry out repairs utilizing new components and a soldering iron. The thumb sticks should be desoldered and removed with care. Applying leaded solder to the existing joints lowers the melting temperature of the solder, enabling efficient use of soldering wick to remove it. This process ensures the safe removal of the old thumb stick

Excessive force applied to the WiFi button resulted in detachment of the tactile switch from the circuit board. To address this, we reconstructed the damaged pads using copper wire and resoldered the button into position. Finally, UV-curable resin was applied to reinforce the repair and provide additional durability.
